I finally managed to wrap my head arround wordpess. The website is still very much work in progress, but it is still better than a blank page. I will slowly add all my images to the gallery, slowly grow pallette of tools to download and even start a free online course for improving your digital art skills. Tweet about it: the fastest concept artist in Berlin finally got a homepage!
Eik Hellwig, Christoph Rubin and devloped a pen & paper rollplaying game in 2011. Now after many years we started streamlining the rules and are slowly adding new features to the game. My task to put some nice illustrations together, keeping the spirit of the game, but also modernizing them to fit the current timeline of the story.
After a short test workshop (one week) I started teaching a concept art class at the Film University Babelsberg. It’s an extensive workshop about creating visual ideas and developing them into presentable illustrations. It features lessons about basic tools like photoshop and corel painter as well as design philosophy, streamlined workflows and industry secrets. Thanks to ten years experience in the industry I aquired this knowledge working for big movies like Speed Racer, Hansel & Gretel and Inglourious Basterds to just name few. This in depth course is what I was always wishing for when I got started in the industry. It is designed to help you sell your ideas and get the the support you need.
